Roles & Responsibilities

• Serves as an impartial authority to resolve student, faculty, and staff grievances.
• Ensures adherence to fairness, justice, and ethical practices within the institution.
• Addresses cases related to harassment, discrimination, or denial of rights.
• Provides mediation and reconciliation services where conflicts arise.
• Works in coordination with grievance redressal committees for effective resolution.
• Reports directly to the highest governing body of the institution for transparency.
