Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) of A.P.S. Degree College, Deoria ensures that students and staff have a fair, transparent, and accessible system to resolve complaints and concerns.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Committee

  • Receive and address complaints from students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ensure fair, impartial, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Promote a harmonious academic and working environment.
  • Escalate unresolved grievances to higher authorities when required.

How to Submit a Grievance?

Students, faculty, or staff may submit their grievances in writing to the committee. Complaints can be dropped in the Grievance Box at the college office or submitted via email. All grievances are handled confidentially and addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
